Early Years
Dr. Wilson was born in Los Angeles, California at the original Cedars of Lebanon Hospital on Fountain Boulevard. He grew up in Los Angeles, attending his local grammar school, junior high, and high school.
Formal Education
Dr. Wilson attended college at the University of California, San Diego majoring in biology and graduating with highest honors and was awarded the school’s Biology Award. Dr. Wilson attended the University of Southern California, School of Medicine where he was elected, in his third year, to become a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. In his fourth year, he was elected President of the USC chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha. Upon graduation, he was elected member of the national Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.
